Impact Coordinators are critical for engaging with the Northeastern community and identifying opportunities for TEDxNortheasternU. If you are passionate about building relationships and engaging with communities, this is the role for you. This Coordinator will conduct internal and external outreach, maintain existing relationships, design xLabs experiences, and assist in creating meaningful events.
Boston
2-4 hrs/week
Responsibilities
- Be a go-to contact for all things TEDxNortheasternU (who we are, what we do, upcoming events, opportunities, collaborations, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships with Northeastern and non-Northeastern organizations
- Design and curate xLabs experiences
- Survey Northeastern community for insights
- Assist with all day-of event logistics including finding, recruiting, and directing day-of event volunteers
- Follow up with team members and organizations regarding tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and emotional intelligence skills
- Passion for creating meaningful experiences and building genuine communities
- Self-sufficient and driven
- Past or current experience with other student organizations is a plus
